History Cartoon

Our History teacher, Lenny, told us to draw a cartoon about the unit we were studying in class and we also have to explain it such as the different cartoons that appear in the book as sources.

In this drawing we can see Nikita Khrushchev sitting over Stalin tombstone drinking tea. This cartoon shows Nikita replacing Stalin and it also refers to the decisions and the actions that Nikita did to achieve De-Stalinisation. De-Stalination was a process carried out by Nikita Khrushchev in which he tried to show a bad image of Stalin so Stalin could be “destroyed”.

    Hi Salvador,

I like your cartoon. However, I find the explanation a bit incomplete. Which option did you choose? What is Khrushchev holding in his hands? What was “de stalinisation”?

Improve on your work and publish, please.

    Lenny.
